What is the VIP Rewards Club?
The VIP Rewards Club is a special rewards program available exclusively at all Sidelines Sports Eatery & Pub and Sidelines Italian Grille locations. Earn points, redeem points, and enjoy special offers just for being a member. Plus, expect plenty of great surprises along the way!
WHAT ARE THE MAIN BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER?
The main benefit is that you earn points every time you visit any of our locations, which can be redeemed for food and drinks on your next visit. You’ll earn at least 1 point for every dollar spent.
The more you spend, the bigger your reward.
SILVER: Reach 500 points and earn 1.1 points per dollar spent.
GOLD: Reach 1,000 points and earn 1.2 points per dollar spent.
PLATINUM: Reach 1,500 points and earn 1.3 points per dollar spent.
Plus, enjoy a FREE appetizer at Silver, Gold, and Platinum status!
You’ll also receive a special birthday gift and anniversary gift each year, just for joining and registering.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE AN OLD SILVER SIDELINES VIP OR A BLACK SIDELINES ITALIAN REWARD CARD?
Old Sidelines VIP Cards
If you already have a silver Sidelines VIP Card or a black Sidelines Italian Rewards Card, don’t worry—your points have been transferred to the new VIP Rewards system.
You can still use these cards at our restaurants, but we strongly encourage you to log into our new system and update your profile. By doing so, you’ll immediately receive 30 points and unlock a variety of other benefits as a registered VIP Rewards Member.

If you have BOTH cards, simply use either number on the back of the cards to register and update your profile. After successfully logging in, email sidelinestoledo@gmail.com with the other card number, and we will add it to your account.
HOW DO I GET A VIP REWARDS CARD?
Simply visit any Sidelines Sports Eatery or Sidelines Italian Grille location and ask your server for a VIP Rewards card. Be sure to let them know you’ve already registered as a member, so they can link your new card to your account.
While many customers prefer to have a physical card, you don’t need one to collect or redeem points once you’ve registered or updated your profile. You can use your email, phone number, or even show the app on your phone to earn and redeem rewards.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A SILVER, GOLD, OR PLATINUM LEVEL MEMBER?
The more you spend, the bigger the reward! We track the points you earn throughout the calendar year, and when you reach specific levels, we increase the points you earn.
SILVER: Once you reach 500 points for the year, you’ll achieve SILVER status and earn 1.1 points for each dollar spent.
GOLD: After earning 1,000 points for the year, you’ll achieve GOLD status and earn 1.2 points for each dollar spent.
PLATINUM: After reaching 1,500 points for the year, you’ll achieve PLATINUM status and earn 1.3 points for each dollar spent.
At each level, you’ll also receive a FREE appetizer at any of our locations.
We’ll remember your status for the rest of the year, and you’ll maintain that level through the next calendar year. So, get busy and start earning those points!
CAN MY REWARDS BE USED AT SIDELINES SPORTS EATERY AND ITALIAN GRILLE?
Yes! In the past, points and rewards couldn’t be used across both restaurant brands. But now, you can earn and redeem points and rewards at any Sidelines Sports Eatery or Sidelines Italian Grille location.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP / REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE?
No, you can simply request a VIP Rewards card and use it every time you visit.
However, by not registering, you won’t receive your annual birthday and anniversary gifts or other “members-only” specials throughout the year. Additionally, if you lose your card or have it stolen, we won’t be able to recover your points or account.

HOW DO I RECEIVE 30 BONUS POINTS?
You can earn 30 bonus points on your account in one of two ways:
- Sign up for the first time HERE.
- Go HERE and follow the instructions if you already have a silver Sidelines VIP Card or a black Italian Grille Rewards Card
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Simply visit any location and present your VIP Rewards Card at checkout. Your server will ensure you earn your points.
If you’ve registered or updated your profile, you can use your email, phone number, or account number at checkout instead of your card.
WHEN DO I GET MY POINTS?
Points are applied to your account immediately as you earn them.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I RECEIVE?
You’ll earn at least 1 point for every dollar spent at our restaurants. As you spend more throughout the year, you’ll reach Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, where you’ll earn more than 1 point per dollar spent.
Additionally, there will be special opportunities to earn extra points, such as our Double Point Tuesday, where you can earn double the usual points on qualifying purchases.
HOW DO I IDENTIFY MYSELF AS A VIP REWARDS MEMBER IN THE RESTAURANT?
We love it when customers flash their card—that’s one way to let your server know you’re a VIP Rewards Member. If you’ve already registered or updated your profile, you can also identify yourself by showing the app, providing your email, or giving your phone number.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO REDEEM FOR A PURCHASE? HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS OR USE AN OFFER?
To redeem your points, simply let your server know you’d like to use them for your purchase. If you have an active offer, just mention that as well, and they’ll take it from there.
Points can be redeemed in the following increments:
$10 – 200 points
$20 – 400 points
$30 – 600 points
$50 – 1,000 points
$75 – 1,500 points
$100 – 2,000 points
Please note that no partial use is allowed, so ensure your total bill exceeds the amount you wish to redeem.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE, OFFERS, AND REWARDS?
Log in to the app or visit our loyalty website HERE to access all the details about your account. You can also update your profile, view your transaction history, and explore other great features.
